How do I fit the CM-311A or CM-311AE to my head?

I just got a CM-311AE microphone . I don't know how to adjust the microphone to fit my head, so it doesn't fall off during performances. I do a lot of movement on stage and can't figure out how to do it.

Reply: Grab the headband and bend it into a tighter half-circle that fits fairly tightly on your head. It takes some force to bend it permanently.
