How do I open a file?

Opening a dataframe loads information into IQ for Windows reflecting the state of the dataframe when it was last saved. Information includes: a description of every IQ component in the dataframe, the control settings of every IQ component, any custom images defined for IQ components, all labels and background bitmap and its placement, and the size and positions of any auxiliary windows, including Control Panels. One can determine if the current settings in the system are overwritten by the dataframe by deciding whether or not to engage a dataframe. Select Open from the File menu, this function is duplicated on the toolbar.
