Have you a schematic for a PX-T phantom power adapter for an older PZM microphone?

Below is a sketch of the PX-T schematic. The PX-T converts 48V DC from phantom power into +/- 18V DC bipolar power. B+ goes to the PZM pin 2, B- goes to the PZM pin 3 through a 22K resistor, and the floating ground goes to the PZM pin 1. The transformer reduces the PZM mic-capsule impedance to about 250 ohms, and balances the output signal.
